Yes. I provide secure online therapy for clients located in Utah and California. I also offer in person therapy in Lehi.

I commonly work with anxiety, trauma, PTSD, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, relationship issues, stress, self esteem, boundaries, addiction recovery, and life transitions.

Yes. I accept insurance plans as well as private pay options. Current accepted plans include Select Health, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield / Anthem.
If I am considered out of network with your plan, I can also provide superbills for possible reimbursement depending on your benefits. Please reach out for current details, eligibility, and availability. -
Most therapy sessions are 50 to 60 minutes. Extended 80 minute sessions may also be available when clinically appropriate.

Many clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust frequency over time based on goals, progress, and scheduling needs.

That is completely normal. Many people feel anxious before their first session. You do not need to have the right words or everything figured out before starting.
